True orthodontic emergencies are rare, but when they do occur, we are here to help. As a general rule, you should message your coach on the DentalMonitoring app or call our office if you experience an appliance problem that you’re unable to take care of yourself. We’ll be able to give you directions or schedule an appointment to resolve the problem.
You may be surprised to learn that you’re able to solve many problems yourself temporarily until you can get to our office!
