We are so happy to provide you with Dental Monitoring! This device will enable you to continue treatment from the comforts of your home.
We have attached and possibly have already sent out an email with the requirements needed from your smart phone, if you have received a Dental Monitoring kit and your phone isn’t compatible please contact us.
The first step is for us to send an activation email to you from the email address you provide us, this MUST be the email linked to you/your parent’s smart phone. This activation email will be sent from Dental Monitoring shortly after you receive this email.
Next step is to open the activation email sent from Dental Monitoring. Scroll down to “set a password” – this password needs to be 8 characters including 1 capital, 1 number and 1 symbol.
Once the password has been set please down load the Dental Monitoring app either from the activation email or the app store.
You will need to log on to the Dental Monitoring app with your new password and your email address.
